Lots of firsts

I just wanted to write about some things that have been happening lately. It seems that God is stirring my boys more than before......... Colton came to Clinton and asked if he could share at church. We were so excited about his and gave him a service last week. He shared on prejudices and how the Jews had such a disdain for the people from Samaria. Then he asked what prejudices we have with people who are darker( a major prejudice with the Thai people), people who are poor, etc... It was very good for his first time speaking in front of an audience. Then later that day, Clinton took him out and taught him how to drive the truck(a standard) for the first time. When they returned home, I thought, "Hmmm? What does this mean? I think this has some prophetic significance..... The first time to preach and the first time to "drive" If anyone gets anything on this please let me know....... Also Chase Tanner, who is 14, came to us this week and said he really felt the Lord calling him to a fast. Now our boys have been fasting for many years now, but neither of them have ever gone longer than 3 days without food. But he really felt the Lord telling him to fast for 10 days. This will be a first for both of them. We all knew it was the Lord because Chase has never heard the Lord on this matter before. So, Colton decided to join in with him to be a support. I ask you to pray for both of them to come through this time with the Glory of the Lord in their lives. We are really believing God for a breakthrough in their lives. As a team we are really feeling that the Lord is about to "relocate" us. We are feeling a very strong pull to the village and out of the city. Everyone on the team is in agreement, we are just waiting on the timing of the Lord in this matter. This will definitely be a first........ But we are all very excited about it. Clinton will be going to Bangkok with some of the men on the team to fast and pray with one of our brothers/co-laborers from the Philippines. Please pray that God comes and reveals Himself to them during that time. And one last request/update..... We've been planning to buy our first evangelism vehicle for over a year now. God has provided all the money for it and we will be purchasing it on Monday. Please pray that all the money transactions go through smoothly....... We love to hear from you! Write us an email.
